This spacious 2 story 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cathedral ceiling fully self–contained villa offers everything you will need to make your stay on Hamilton Island a memorable experience, sleeping 8 and 1 infant. A palm tree lined driveway leads you to your private golf buggy parking area. Enjoy the fully inclusive VIP meet and greet at the airport or ferry terminal, transferring you to the villa that awaits fully set up to your bedding requirements including having air conditions on so your comfortable on arrival. The valet team will get you set up in our complimentary electric 4-seater golf buggy, so you can enjoy your holiday and take in all Hamilton Island has to offer.

You will fall in love with the stunning views from the spacious balcony, that comes furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs for 8, a BBQ for you to experience the outdoor dining experience. The balcony opens with large sliding doors into the open plan main floor lounge, dinning and kitchen areas, that come fully equipped for all cooking, entertaining and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen comes with crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils so you can stay in and cook up an amazing meal, sitting at the 8-seater dining table and added highchair if required with friends or family. Kitchen includes all modern convenience, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee pod machine to get your day started! along with all other needs from wine glasses to platters for entertaining out on the balcony.

The Living room is furnished with a massive lounge including chase and coffee table that will comfortability entertain your guests with a Large 65-inch smart screen LED TV with HD Digital Reception, or sign into your favourite streaming service using the villas compliantly WIFI (limited speed on the island due to reception), a sound bar system that can also play your streamed music.
The spacious villa also comes with an ottoman/ Sofa bed that can be used for guest when requiring additional bedding over 6 guests. Additional portacot located in main room for infant stays.

The downstairs master opens to another balcony that is furnished with outdoor dinning table for 6 and 2 sun lounges. The main room is furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a 43-inch smart screen LED TV, HD Digital Reception, and wireless charging pods on each bed table, private ensuite, hair dryer, built in mirror cupboards. The second and third bedrooms can be made up as two singles or 1 king bed also having built in mirror cupboard. The second bathroom is also spacious and services these two bedrooms as well as having a Laundry Basin, Washing Machine and Dryer.

Linen and beach towels are all supplied as per guest numbers.

This beautifully appointed villa is air-conditioned through with slit systems, as well as having ceiling fans in each room. Conveniently located at Compass Point you will find a complex’s guest swimming pool that you have access to. The property is in a great location to all the island facilities. If you don't wish to walk, drive around the island in the Villa's complimentary Electric 4-Seater Golf Buggy. Additionally, the Free Hamilton Island Bus can pick you up and take you all over the island. This service runs regularly.

The villa is fully managed by an on Island valet/cleaning company, who take care of the cleaning, maintenance, bedding configurations between each guest stay, they also pick you up and drop you off from the airport. As we are not on the island, details will be given for their contact prior to your stay, to become your go to with any issues should they arise.


Things To Do:

If you get tired of watching the amazing sunsets and views of the islands. Hamilton Island features eleven restaurants and bars, a hairdressing salon, beautician, masseur, several specialty shops, bakery, bars, nightclub and an IGA supermarket. Scuba gear is available at the dive shop while charter services exist for aircraft, yacht and power boats.

All resort facilities are at your disposal including the use of the resort centre pools, beach activities such as paddle boarding, catamaran and snorkelling equipment can be hired at Catseye beach water sports centre. and other island or off Island actives can be booked prior to your stay using the Hamilton Island app or booking agent. We also suggest you make booking for restaurants prior to your stay to avoid disappointment during your stay as many book out quickly.

In addition to the various resort pools, you have access to a private complex swimming pool. The list of things to do is almost endless. You can go from snorkelling in the warm currents of the ocean to parasailing, mini-golf, sailboarding, sailing, catamaran, fishing, a reef trip, tennis, go-carting, movie cinema, ten pin bowling and more.
