I love the cleanliness and the location being right there by Hill West easy access to go to any direction. Only issue we had was the toilet didnā€™t flush right and the next morning it stayed that way we couldnā€™t get it to work but other than that everything was excellent.

Very great customer service. Kind and attentive staff. Pool was well kept and water was clean and warm during winter months. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Limited options but that was ok for my family. Rooms were run down and needed maintenance. Toilet clogged (my husband had to unclog it) and the handle on closet door was duct taped to door but was old and fell off anyways. Half of bedroom lights either didnā€™t work or flickered. Beds were clean and comfortable. TVs didnā€™t work very well and remotes were spotty. Air and heat worked great and shower was great.

The young lady at the front desk was great. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Even though I had put 11 am as my check out time and had the do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaning lady still knocked and sounded like she was a little frustrated because I was still there and she couldnā€™t go in to clean. When I left she had barely started cleaning on the opposite end of the floor. I felt rushed because of that. The food at breakfast was good but there was very little variety as far as types of bread (just wheat and white, no bagels or English muffins). The kitchen staff seemed very nice as well.

It was great, but it was definitely not soundproof! The people above us had children running up and down the halls playing games and racing till 11:00! Glad they were having fun, but made for a short night for road weary travelers!
