Overall it was okay. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was mostly clean but bad caulking around the tub which is such an easy fix. Carpet had several tips and tears and stains. Front desk staff was helpful but seemed stressed out, and they dressed WAY to casual for a job. The lobby was packed with people having a group dinner when we arriv d so it was loud and chaotic. Very disappointing.

The room was large, check in was easy. There was no smoke detector and the phone in the room was not working. Beds were average at best. Breakfast wasn’t great and breakfast staff was not friendly.

Great experience.
The staff was excellent. We had a slight family emergency and needed a rollaway bed last minute and they found one promptly. They were very kind and friendly also.

Stay away!!!!! Nothing is nice here, the dining room has leaking ceilings, all the carpet is 20+ years old. Stained and wrinkled from being outdated. Stinks everywhere and the bedrooms are worse. Our sheets had fresh blood on them and when we contacts the front desk we were told we had to come get the sheets and change them ourselves. They had no extra sheets or blankets that actually fit the bed. They gave us a twin size and when we put them on they were full of hair. The furniture in our room were dirty and had stains I wouldn’t sit on them. Unsanitary and unacceptable this place is awful! Pool had a green color to it and the hot tub was unsanitary.

Too much money for what it was.
Our room was ok, but we had some plumbing issues that no one could fix since it was late. The gravy at breakfast was stale. The condition of the hotel seemed to be a little run down. And our beds weren’t very comfortable. I can handle a few issues if the price if ok, but the price was too high for that many issues.

Needs renovations badly
This hotel needs a make over. The carpets are stained, the paint is peeling off the walls, the carpet is seperating from the walls. There are stains in the ceiling tiles from water damage.

I always bring towels and wash cloths, and on this visit, the cleaning crew took my towel and wash cloth. They look nothing like the hotels. The lobby smelled bad. One elevator, always in use. Washer and dryer or of service. We had to go to a laundry facility off site.

The property is a little dated but it did not stop me from getting a good nights sleep. Need little more detail to cosmetics (curtains looked worn, coming off curtain rod, bed presentation not as in other Comfort Inns). Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Overall would stay there again.

The upkeep of this particular Comfort Suites is very sad! Attention to detail on maintenance is severely lacking- bathroom upkeep was something to be desired- ceiling tiles stained and missing, only one towel hook, and man, a hotel NOT be more brown! Brown walls, brown furntiture, and brown carpet... the hallways looked so dingy and well, ugly brown! The room was nice sized, but not furniture in a 1/3 of it- the air conditioner made a clacking noise the entire night. It needs a major reno before I stay there again.
