The building is old and dated needs to be completely gutted and renovated. There's a smell of mold and smoke in the rooms we stayed. The staff was not accommodating at all. My family had to purchase cleaning and air freshener supplies to be able to stay the reservations we set was completely different from what we were provided. Most of my family suffers with upper respiratory illnesses this location of Comfort Inn is not a safe place for anyone that suffers with asthma or any upper respiratory illnesses.

Lots of stains on the walls with visible mold. Especially in the dinning area where breakfast is. If you look up you can see the mold. Not sure it was leaking from the ceiling.

Staff courteous, good breakfast, room clean. Could use a little tlc here and there. Bathroom fan cover was hanging down, sealer around tube was loose but room was clean and good people.

I have always had a good experience with Comfort Inn. Although not fancy by any means, the rooms are cozy and the beds are super comfortable. And who doesn't love a free breakfast?!?

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. All of the ceilings were water damaged and gross looking. The same in our room bathroom, warped gross ceiling tiles and a fan that was falling out of the ceiling.

Pictures were very misleading. As well as the rating. It was quite run down. Elevator was dirty/had standing water in it and around, from people using pool. Had to switch rooms due to the smell of smoke. Lack of clean towels in pool area. Appeared to have at least one person camping out in parking lot.

The pictures online make it look like a quality Comfort Inn, but sadly the experience is much different. I would describe it as a very dilapidated hotel in need of new carpet and new paint and a deep clean. Even though it’s a non smoking hotel, the hallways reeked of smoke. There’s trash littered in the elevator and parking lot. The breakfast area had torn benches and a ceiling dripping from the AC condensation. There were dead spiders in the crevices of the bathroom floor, and we couldn’t close the main hallway door without a hard pull. We thought about switching hotels but couldn’t find availability at 9pm when we arrived. The only redeeming quality was the beds were clean and comfy.

Close to our daughter, easy to walk to Braum's and a feeling of safety. The hotel was clean, people were friendly and helpful. Only issue I have is the bathroom. No handrails to get into tub, no place to hang towels and black areas behind the toilet that looked like it could be mold.
