Property was well kept however construction was currently taking place. The AC unit was very run down looking but other than that room was clean. They do not allow air conditioners in the winter so we had to open a window. Breakfast was amazing worth the extra money.

We requested early check in to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We wanted to show our international student a good time in Montreal. The hot tub was freezing cold. The restaurant and bar had very limited hours. The prices at the restaurant were expensive. On the good side, they accommodated our request for an extra bed

The hotel is beautiful but it needs better lighting at the entrances and the back parking lot should be clearly advertised. It would have appreciated if staff had advised us of the construction on the fifth floor or at least have a sign indicating the way to our room as the regular way was blocked by the construction. The pool was not properly stocked with towels, this should have been monitored better as it was March break. We would stay there again so hopefully these issues will be fixed.
