The house is about 100 meters away from the Leba Lake. The lake offers swimming and fishing opportunities. The Slowinski National Park is also close by.
  
A special attraction are the famous shifting sand dunes (also called Sahara of the East) and the dinosaur park in Leba and the Sea Park Sarbsk. 
You will also find miles of white beaches, a fishing and marina, jetty, various restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
