There was a Sports Gambling parlour & Ladies' Spa & Tanning salon on bldg ground floor (photo)- those places looked sleazy. The Apart sign at location read Apart Hotel "Boarding House" (photo). A Boardinghouse suggests a different type of clientele than a guest hotel. Do not recall online listing as Boardinghouse, only Hotel when I booked it. Getting to Apart was very hard to find & drive car to. Parking was ? and area was poorly lighted, sketchy, and dirty looking (photo). Apart Boardinghouse entrance was NOWHERE to be found, despite searching on foot. This was just as well. Taken as a whole, we did not feel safe, so we got the heck out of there! Stayed instead at a beautiful full service Hilton in Mainz that was fabulous! Had 2 terrific rooms with river view at this Hilton for less than the cost of 1 room at (ugh) Apart Boarding House. We do not recommend this property for families or really anyone else. Good luck (and consider yourself warned) if you still choose to stay at The Apart Hotel Boardinghouse in Wiesbaden.

Clean, spacious hotel next to shopping and eating
Extremely clean and spacious room with kitchen! It was a perfect location for my business travel, as well. The only drawback was that it was hard to find at first as it is connected to a "mall". Once I found it, it was GREAT! A restaurant right next door and a shopping area on the other side. It was easy to pop over and get a toothbrush, since I forgot mine. Also, a wonderful Italian restaurant within walking distance. I will stay there again next time I'm in town!

Our one & only complaint about the property was our shower. The water pressure was poor & the water temperature would suddenly go from hot to ice cold. This happened several times during our 4 night stay, & occurred regardless of how long either my husband or I was in the shower. Everything else about our stay was nice.

Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthafentlichen benötigt. Es ist perfekt in einem Einkaufszentrum gelegen, ein Thai Restaurant ist vor Ort. Es liegt nicht im Zentrum ist aber perfekt durch den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus) angebunden. Das Personal ist freundlich und immer hilfsbereit

Das war einer der schlechtesten Unterkünfte. Niemals als paar oder Familie hingehen. Eine sehr dreckiges Appartement. der ganze Boden voller dreck, die Küche ist so dreckig, dass man nicht kochen kann. Einfach eine Frechheit.

Die Idee eines Apart-Hotels finde ich gut. Den Komfort eine kleine Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Zimmer zu haben, -sehr schön 👍😉. Das Apartment war schön groß, ebenso das Bad und das Bett sehr bequem. Schöne Ambiente-Beleuchtung abends. Rolläden u schöne Vorhänge zum Abdunkeln. Gratis WLAN. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Apartment zu wünschen übrig. Die Nachttischchen am Bett waren nicht gereinigt und die Gläser wegen Verschmutzung nicht nutzbar (klebten) bzw. nur nach Säuberung nutzbar. Die schönen Vorhänge waren oben aus der Halterung schon teilweise herausgerissen, ebenso die Gardinen. Ich hatte ein Apartment zum Innenhof, schöne Aussicht, schön ruhig gelegen, wäre nicht im Nebenraum die Waschmaschine u der Trockner gewesen, die über mehrere Stunden liefen. Das war echt nervig. Ich habe einen sehr guten Preis für 1 Übernachtung bezahlt, deswegen ist meckern nicht angebracht, trotzdem finde ich, dass dieses Apartment neben dem Wasch- u Trocknerraum als Economy-Apartment ausgewiesen werden sollte. Das wäre für beide Seiten fair. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Das Apartment ist sehr schwierig zu finden. Am besten im Parkhaus parken u dann mit dem Aufzug auf "DG" fahren, dort links an der Enzianhütte vorbei in einen langen Flur hinter der Glastür. Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt. Parkgebühr:10€ (24 Std.?) Ich würde das Apartment-Hotel wieder buchen und kann es auch weiter empfehlen, aber bitte nicht wieder neben der Waschmaschine 😉😂

Kein Doppelbett sondern 2 Einzelbetten, die sich auseinander schieben sobald man sich in die Mitte legt. Um 11 Uhr ist Check out aber 5 min vorher klopft man Schon an die zimmertür und wird gefragt ob man schon fertig ist.

Zimmer groß und schön, leider nicht gut gereinigt!
Raumaufteilung und Größe sowie Ausstattung super. Bad groß, tolle Dusche mit interessantem Boden. Viel Ablagefläche. Zwar bodentiefe Fenster, man schaut aber nur in ein Atrium, konnte nicht mal sehen ob es regnet oder die Sonne scheint. Ist bei den günstigen Preisen natürlich zu verschmerzen. Nur leider lässt die Sauberkeit alle Wünsche offen. Im Bad gab es Dreck, der von Bauarbeiten stammen könnte. Im Kühlschrank Krümel u. a. Mikrowelle desgleichen. Auf dem Esstisch angetrockneter Kleber. Ein Kissenbezug hatte einen Dreck-Streifen. Das Zimmer wird auch nicht gereinigt. Lediglich der Müll wird herausgenommen. Wäre kein Problem gewesen, wenn Sauberkeit geherrscht hätte.

Ansprechendes Zimmer, großzügig. Kleine, absolut verzeihliche Startschwierigkeiten vierzehn Tage nach Eröffnung, die sicherlich bald behoben sind. Im Westcenter wichtigste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dm, rewe mit Bäcker/Cafe bis auf sonntags ab 7 Uhr geöffnet, thailändisches Restaurant, bayerisches Restaurant mit Biergarten, vom Parkdeck 2. Etage direkter Zugang zur Rezeption, Bushaltestelle für Linie 4 vom/zum Hbf vor der Tür, Fahrtzeit ca. 15 Minuten. Zu empfehlen
