Perfect beach resort
Fantastic beach resort! We loved the two sheltered lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. There wasn’t a ton to see but we found some fish in the left lagoon by the rocks. The grounds and pool were immaculate. Cabanas and beach chairs were included. We thought the restaurant was just okay, but there are 4 or 5 very nice small restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Staff were pleasant and helpful, particular shoutout to the front desk staff and to Shayna at Blues!

Beautiful resort! Staff was helpful and kind. It was an excellent choice for us due to my mother and her friend having mobility issues. The beach was just outside the room so they could enjoy from the patio or a brief walk. Chairs were plentiful. Restaurants were close. Would choose again. Thank you for a lovely visit Avila!

Family owned hotel. Gorgeous beaches. Staff so friendly with us and with each other. 5 minute walk to lovely restaurants if you fancy a change from the hotel dining. 15-20 minutes to cafes, and other shopping. Plus the floating bridge. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Plenty of Restaurants on and around the resort but it was a bit pricey. Overall I would recommend just use cash.😏

This was my wife’s and my first time in Curacao. Avila made it a wonderful experience due to its amenities, location, and staff. Property had two private beaches with plenty of chairs. The area was well maintained. Food was above average for resort food, but down the street there is 4-5 restaurants and the hotel is only 10 minute walk from downtown. What made the property stand out was the attention and friendliness of the staff.
