Absolutely loved the stay here. Armandi, at the reception, was great and informative. He provided water and we really needed that. Room was cleaned by housekeeping when requested. You just have to press a switch (green) to request. I liked this way. Hotel is close to the swinging bridge and many restaurants. Save yourself time and stay here to be in proximity of shops, restaurants, etc. Room was also modern and well furnished.

A short stopover in Curacao
I stayed one night due to flight connections This hotel offers nice bedrooms, the air conditioning is good which it’s important for me and the reception personnel were friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the standard check in is at 4:00 pm, other than that I was satisfied with this hotel

It was great but no VIP service was offered or even mentioned. This should be address my the hotel staff. The location is amazing specially if you go on a Thursday. Staff was excellent. Daily parking is 15-20USD in the garage next door.

Convenient spot in punda
Front desk was very helpful with helping me with where to park and that was appreciated. We were there on a Friday night so it was loud until after midnight because of the rooftop bar. It didn’t bother us but something to consider if you have children with you. It was a great location across from Wilheminaoarkin Punda,

Desk staff were very professional and helpful. Nice to have access to free water and ice. Free beach towels and basic toiletries. Huge deck overlooking the ocean and town square. Security at the main floor. Staff hooked us up with taxi service and rental car. Very happy with our stay

Hotel was nice and clean, they had construction going on, so don’t plan a late afternoon nap. The hotel is in a great location. It is walking distinct to a lot of restaurants and shops. I loved that the most. The hotel will help arranged transportation to and from hotel and also with tours. It was six of us and we had a great time.

We loved the central location and all the dining options within steps of the hotel. Walking around Punda and over the bridge to Otrabanda was what we usually found ourselves doing and being able to make pit stops back at the hotel was a real plus. I appreciate the rooms having refrigerators and the cleaning crew refreshing your bottled water. I would have liked having a microwave, but it didn't deter from the experience. The views from the pool are postcard worthy. It would have been nice if food or snacks and drinks were served when the pool was open, we would have spent much more time there. Overall, a great experience and we'll likely look to book here again on our next trip

This property was under remodeling, entry had many obstructions in the walkway which was unsafe. Carpet was dirty, outlets in room - some work and some did not. Cleaning solutions with fabuloso cleaners were horrible as I am allergic to the scents of strong odors of such. Not very sanitary cleaning methods using the same scrubber's pads on mops and slippery floors in the morning due to condensations of the morning showers. Doormat by the elevator needs to be remove as a tripping hazard and replace with a larger mat. Rooms are not soundproof as to the noise from the upstairs restaurant and bar. With curtains close light still flash through the night from the strobe lights from the bar which causes distractions from sleep. Need to revamp to satisfy your customer base. Restaurant Cascada was passive, slow service as to seating and service. Slow drainage in sink and showers. Restaurant Sweet Sin very nice but close 2 days later due to tax purposes (what a shame) hope it is back in business soon. May next time! Not your happiest camper on this adventure!
