This resort exceeded my expectations, the staff is super friendly and amenities are more than ample. Clean and well manicured surroundings, good quality food and beverages with lots of options. Most of the staff was nice and friendly. The buffet was wonderful, the other dinning options need help! The portions were small and the service was rushed. I have been in a lot of all inclusive resorts around the world, this resort needs to upgrade their dining quality and service. They also need to offer evening entertainment. Everything else was nice. Curacao is a beautiful place to vacation.

My experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. The food was just okay and had no variety at all for vegetarians. The service was unbelievably bad—staff were careless and unhelpful throughout my stay. On top of that, the housekeeping was unacceptable; they didn’t even clean the room properly, just replaced the towels and left everything else untouched. For a place that advertises itself as a quality resort, the standards were shockingly low. Definitely not worth the money or the time

This resort checks most of the boxes for me. I felt extremely safe walking around as a female solo traveler. The room was clean and well maintained on a daily basis. I had a swim out room and the pool was lovely. Loads to do on this property for families and adult travelers.

I believe that the property is not telling the truth as it indicated that they had premium drinks. The drinks are the same as nextdoor Corendon. It's not premium. Here are my issues: 1) No premium drinks!!!!! This is false advertising. 2) No general area coffee machines for after hours service. The ones in the Rif buffet area never had cups. 3) Although advertised on App, there was no 24/7 bar or coffee 4) Pera bar coffee machine was always out of coffee by 5am. 5) On checking in I advised front desk on my bathroom body wash being empty. I left with it still not being refilled. I had to use the hand wash. Observation: There was a piece to toilet tissue stuck on the inner wall of the toilet when I checked in. Do you know after two days room service it was still there. I then used the brush to remove. This led me to believe that the cleaning staff was no doing their job AND there is no quality review of rooms prior to check in. Other than that all else was acceptable.

While the rooms are air-conditioned, nothing else is. The restaurants are all open and it's usually pretty warm , even at night which makes it uncomfortable. Pigeons and flies can be seen in the restaurants and sometimes make their way on the dishes. Some staff were nice but most of them just seem to be preoccupied physically and mentally with getting their tasks done rather than being friendly or greeting you warmly. The main pool on the adult side is quite deep and is not graduated so Its impossible to bathe in it unless you can swim or you're tall ( > 6 feet). While I probably won't go back, I won't say cross it off your list as : - it's clean in the rooms - nice water park - nice desserts / food options /fruits / drinks/ bars - nice beach front ( beaches are Stony in Curacao) - nice outdoor ambience

Travelled with family had a great time at The Rif. My son and i enjoyed the water park. Although we were unsuccessful in making a reservation at the restaurants. The main buffet area provided a variety of meals.

A few SMALL criticisms. Keep in mind we enjoyed the property a lot. 1. Drinks were actually TOO strong :). A rum and coke was 75% rum. Left a few behind as unpleasant to drink 2. Maya and Harbor were VERY slow. Maya was 1.5 + hours for service although waiter was moving quickly. Seemed to just be the kitchen. And then food was cold. Harbor we just sat waiting and watching staff walking around. Felt ignored. Left after 20+ min. By the way; it was not busy. 3. Maybe a little more entertainment or a later pool option for night activities.

The hotel is excellent. Looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are comfy and rooms are kept clean and spacious. Food is Delicious and the buffet options are endless. The one thing I would say is they should play music at the bars. When sitting there enjoying a drink late night you do so in silence, doesn't exactly scream "good time"otherwise this hotel is perfect!!

The property is beautiful, and the food is amazing. I do Have two complaints the pool needs to stay open to at least 9pm. And the late-night food needs to be more than just nuggets and fried cheese ball. Other than that, it was almost the perfect spot to stay at.
