Everything went well and we have no complaints. We like that the A/C t-stat allowed for fan only at all times. The bathroom had adequate space for 2 people to layout their things. Also liked that the tub had a no slip bottom! Not crazy about shower curtains instead of sliding glass but happy overall.

I chose this hotel based on previous visits. I specifically wanted a nice room, a relaxing evening at the pool and firepit - an escape from the heat in my hometown and a retreat for my husband from his 6 day, 58 hour work week. We checked in, and after the clerk had accepted payment, that's when we were told the pool was closed for the evening. At breakfast the next morning, the toaster was down, and the plain waffle batter dispenser was also down. This hotel is relatively new, and this was such a disappointing visit, considering my last two stays were excellent. Here's hoping that they come back up to their previous standards.

Must stay!!
First time staying here. Will definitely be staying here again when taking another road trip to Williams. The morning free breakfast was excellent!! Wide variety of different breakfast foods. Always fresh and hot in the morning. The hotel staff always so nice and friendly. Everyone was great!! The rooms were very neat and clean very clean! Comfortable beds, perfect location for all the fun stuff to do in Williams. Close to all the great restaurants and shops. The hotel looks brand new and very modern. Can’t wait for the next road trip!

Room and bathroom are great and spacious. Nice products in the bathroom (they smell good). It was clean and comfortable. There is a night stand on each side of the bed which is very nice. Large flat screen T.V, , huge walk in shower. Complementary breakfast is ok. The staff is nice and helpful. Would stay there again for sure!

Relaxing, clean, and caring
Time to unwind after spending the day at Bearizona. Clean, safe, and amazing staff! I had zero complaints and staff were friendly, warm, and provided amazing options for dinner. Staff engaged and held conversations, my grandson felt seen and important. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Lester was full of information and helpful and another staff member, apologize for not catching her name, made my grandson feel important and proud of his heritage. It was a beautiful and appreciated moment. I felt safe and all areas from room to facility were clean. I can’t wait to return! Thank you!!!!

Comfortable but firm
The check in was smooth and the staff service throughout was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable although the bed was a bit too firm. All in all, a very comfortable stay.
