Room was moderately clean but showed age and mediocre maintenance. Signs of water damage in ceiling above shower, worn flooring and a loud wall-mount AC unit that struggled to keep up when outside temps were in the upper 80s. Not a bad stay overall but definite evidence of 'you get what you pay for'.

I had no issues with cockroaches in the rooms, which was a relief after reading other people's complaints. The staff was friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was straightforward. The property could be in better condition considering the price, but it was satisfactory. Nearby hotels and motels aren't great either.

Bathtub had green something all over the drain so we wouldn’t put or feet in the tub for a much needed shower. No continental breakfast- misleading when sure it was listed at time of booking. No attendant in the office for checkout. Quiet area so sleep was good

The gal who checked us in was very nice, but this hotel did not make me feel clean or safe...especially from bed bugs, though we didn't find any after careful inspection. It's a low budget, but average for this price range.
