The lobby was beautiful! The breakfast was meh. Our room was honestly gross, but just chalked it up as due to us having a dog friendly room. After being at the parks all day i usually can’t wait to go back and relax in the room- i did not feel that with this room, actually dreaded it! Maybe get rid of carpeting in dog friendly rooms!!

So I am a handicap older gentleman, I stuck me on the 4th floor right in the middle of one of the hallways and room 468, I had to do a lot of walking in order to get where I was going, I refine was very inconvenient for me. I didn't like the fact that there was no microwaves in the rooms. None of the ice machines worked on the 4th floor that I'll have signs on them same out of service. Therefore I had to go all the way down to the first floor just to get ice which is very inconvenient. Breakfast was fair, and it was a little better on the weekends.

I stayed in a King bed room on the 2nd floor, hadn’t noticed at first the black stain on the ceiling only because we stayed out all night and was exhausted by the time we got back. I reported it to the front desk, they had maintenance come check on it. We ended out noticing that it was the dust blowing out the HVAC unit. The guy cleaned it, sprayed it down and swept it off. But other than that, it’s my 3rd time staying and I love it…especially the hot tub!

The floors in the bathroom were dirty as well as lights were partially burnt out in bathroom and there was toothpaste on the sink from prior guests. The hotel is just a bit dated but served us well as we were there for visiting the area not a luxury resort.

I had cockroaches in my room. When I brought this up to the front desk manager and then showed her the photos of said roaches, she was seated in her chair, gave no eye contact and said "So you'll be checking out?". There was zero apathy or concern re: this fact. I then asked "frankly how long have you known about this problem?" She then said "I guess you'll want a refund?" This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an Expedia represented property. Deeply disappointed and still have not gotten this "refund" back. Despicable.

DIRTY & BUGS
We stayed on the lower level in a pet friendly room and it looked like it was never cleaned. There were roaches and bugs in the room. Carpet looked old and dirty. The locals say this place reminds them of BATES MOTEL. I will say the staff was friendly, especially the breakfast lady.
