Overall it was a very nice stay. One of the elevators was out of order so had to take the stairs all the time. The elevator working was very slow.

The overall size of the room for 1 king size bed was nice and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was really nice size as well.

Stay away from room 106
If you check in and get room 106, have them change your room immediately. The bed in 106, is literally the worst bed I've ever slept on. Imagine a 2000lb steel cross placed had been placed in the bed overnight and then removed. That's the level of sagging and high/low spots this bed had. I requested a room change, but conveniently for the hotel they were booked full. The hotel is old, and the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. I can't speak to the other services provided, but I will not be staying here again. In fact it has put me off of all Hampton Inns going forward. Front desk couldn't provide a discount due to a third party reservation (Hotels.com). I should send them a bill for a massage and chiropractic work I'm going to have to have done to fix my neck. Absolute garbage of a room. Stay away at all costs.
