Excellent hotel, We arrived around midnight, we call and the front desk prepared all our rooms, they made the check in and gave our keys , so that we arrived direct to our rooms. Love the attention and the service. The breakfast very good.

Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our quiet stay. However the condition of the hotel shows maintenance is needed. Examples: The lobby chairs were stained from spills. Our room had a water soaked carpet. Positioned well to the historic sites and restaurants.

The room was clean and provided a comfortable environment allowing for a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. After checking in I learned that the hotel pool and hot tub was closed because broken The Hot tub was one of the reasons I choose this hotel Price didn't change, should have been $40 less Williamsburg hotels are missing EV charging stations The one at Best Western has been broken for 5 years I offered to replace it and got no response

For a hotel advertised as newly renovated it seemed that they did not do a very good job. The lobby had worn spots in the wall, some of the lighting was missing. The front desk person (Donnet pierce) was excellent as was Lisa in the breakfast staff
