The property offers fun activities through the recreation center such as bike riding, ping pong, crafts, miniature golf, and movies. The property is well kept with plenty of greenspace. There is a lot you can do both on or off of the property. My only concern was that check-in was a little lengthy.

Overall the stay was great. Staff, amenities, the texting capability for needs and questions, response time if items were needed, quiet, friendly. However, there was only one parking spot per room and the guest parking was a walk especially for the elderly.

I have enjoyed my stay. But the bathrooms weren’t cleaned and the bedding was not changed. I was not pleased this time about the facility. Overall the family enjoyed their stay. I will rethink about staying here next time.

Love this Place!
This was our first day at the Hilton resorts in Williamsburg. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and how nice it was! We would definitely stay there again. Not only was it clean but it had nice furniture that did not have stains and I loved the patio at the back.

The property was really nice and I enjoyed the amenities that were offered. The only downfall is that the carpet in the unit needs to be updated. Looks dirty and old. The staff at the reservation desk need to be a bit more friendlier and provide the same customer service to everyone regardless of color.
