We stayed for four nights for a family Christmas trip. The property is beautiful and well kept up. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen (full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and a washer/dryer. The property is also gated, which was nice. We didn't get to try the restaurant, or many of the on-site amenities this trip, but we will definitely be staying here for any future Williamsburg trips.

Nice property. Showing it's age. Rooms were nice and clean which is most important, but need better maintenance. Our room had a broken fixture in the bathroom. Need some repainting in high traffic areas. Otherwise good overall. Good location, several restaurants short drive away.

The property was a good price. It took at least a half hour to check in. There were stairs that we didn’t know about. There were 2 bathrooms which, was great. Very dated, but everything you could possibly need.

These units are not the same. Ours was unit 425D in building 91. It was spacious and clean. Need something, just ring the concierge. The ONLY problem here that we saw was that each unit only has one parking space for it. Fortunately for us, the unit below us was empty until the last night, but by then the units next to us had been vacated. There's "overflow" parking, but I'm not sure where it even was.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with an assigned parking spot. The place was well appointed and comfortable. We also received a text and if there were any issues we could text them and got a quick response. One night someone parked in our assigned spot and they responded very quickly. The grounds are lovely also and the price for the holiday season was very reasonable.

Beautiful resort, great facilities, comfortable and well-appointed apartment units, tons of activities for kids (pool, crafts...); we were there around Christmas and they even had a parade and visit from Santa in the gorgeous manor house! It's really conveniently located to colonial williamsburg and tons of restaurants and shops. The only thing I dislike is the check-in process. There's always a long wait, and when you get to the counter, somehow 2/3 employees go on break for an indefinite time....in fact, there are always a ton of employees walking around in the lobby and yet not enough to help customers waiting to check-in. They are also not the friendliest or most helpful. After that, you have to stop to the other counter where they're trying to get you to go hear a presentation about timeshares, but they present it as "giving you your welcome packet"; there are sometimes some good deals to get on tickets to Bush gardens, etc, but the way they treat you like you're an idiot who doesn't know this is a stupid marketing strategy is just super annoying. After that, they just send you automated texts and you get literally no service or personal attention. I wonder if they treat members like that or just guests who book on expedia or hotels.com for a few days... anyway, we will still return because of the great rooms, grounds and location, but not because of the front desk staff.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean but showed obvious signs of age (warped boards on balcony, cracked grout and caulking in the showers). Great stay overall but probably due for renovations soon.
