A wonderful extended weekend getaway
I had a wonderful 4-day stay at the Powhatan Resort with my two cousins. The 2-bed/2-bath unit was spacious enough for us, comfortable with three ceiling fans, and it has up-to-date furnishings. The unit literally has everything you need for your stay. We went to the nearby outlets and to a concert at the Hampton Coliseum, which was about 30 minutes away. Finally, we ate at the Powhatan restaurant on site, and the food and service were great. Thanks again, Kash.

The townhouse was really big with 2 bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room (on a second floor). The pool was really nice. I did not use any other service. The property was too dark to walk around in (e.g., to a different townhouse).

It was better than I even expected. It wasn’t their average hotel should say it was like a townhome, but with the amenities of a hotel, the mini golf was awesome. Great pool. Definitely plan to come back.

Then got an upgrade but the next 2 units had roach infestation gave us another unit did not see any live roaches but found a dead on so we figured maybe it had been sprayed. The manager did give us a one night refund but we lost our whole afternoon dealing with this. Beautiful place but could us some extermination for the roach infestation. The ladies at the front desk were not very friendly about dealing with this kinda on the rude side. Security guard was excellent with helping us change rooms. The manager was nice and friendly dealing with also.

Peace and quiet!
I had no idea how extensive the property was or the number of amenities offered when I booked. I was grieving- looking only for a place my cousins from a different city and I could stay together near the church our uncle's funeral was in. This place turned out to be perfect for our needs. We only stayed one night but were able to check in before the funeral and get settled. Afterwards, it allowed us to unwind, relax as if in our own home, eat and play cards. The early morning walk around the property the next day and coffee on the patio allowed for a peaceful transition before another long 9 hour drive home.

Great place to stay in Williamsburg for families!
Great place to stay with family and friends. Large rooms in a full condo set-up. The property has a huge outdoor pool with activities in the summer, an indoor pool, bbq areas and other activities.
