Overall very nice and spacious accommodations in beautiful Kings Mill. Only complaint is the bed was hard, with a plastic cover over the mattress. There were cheap polyester sheets that made sleeping very hot ! Great communication with property managerUpdate the bedding situation and we’d stay again

Another great stay
This is the second time we've stayed here although the first time we rented the adjacent studio. For the most part, it is a great condo as it had everything we needed for our toddler (books, toys, pack n' play, booster chair). However when we got into our condo, we found that they did not clean the main unit nor the bedroom as there were still dirty towels in the bathtub and the bed was unmade. I contacted the owner the next morning (we had gotten in very late) who was able to send the cleaners rather quickly. They did give us a partial refund for the inconvenience however I had hoped it would be more given that we were down a bedroom (my brother had to sleep on the couch that night). All in all, it's a great place to stay if you are traveling with little ones as you don't need to bring as much stuff.

We only rented the one side which was fine however updating is needed. The sofa & the king bed were very uncomfortable. Please put a 3” mattress topper on the bed & invest in a new sofa (as these are the 2 most used items). The place was very clean. The kitchen was updated but lighting was low. We brought our e bikes & enjoyed their great paved trails. The little beach is just down the street where you can rent kayaks. Overall it was very relaxing.

Great condo in a great location. Couple minute drive to Busch gardens or colonial Williamsburg without feeling like you’re in a tourist spot. Groups were beautiful and it’s a gated community.

Fabulous property within sight of the James River and Kingsmill Resort Conference Center! Just what the doctor ordered for these exhausted grandparents! Plenty to do within walking distance. Condo was excellent, although sleeping 6 (as advertised) would be a stretch. Would accommodate 4 quite nicely. Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg a short drive away!

Awesome condo/neighborhood
Check in was simple, neighborhood was safe and beautiful. We checked out a car show at the resort, played some golf, went down to the marina and beach. Kids fished and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Was here for golf and will return here for next year’s tournament! Condo was very clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed and close to grocery store. I recommend to everyone. Thank you!

We loved the condo at Kingsmill and was a great fit for our family. We had a little snafu checking in as it was not clean but the cleaning crew came right over and did a wonderful job. Owner was very communicative up until that point and then relied on cleaners to communicate with us. No access to amenities on property which was not an issue for us as we spent most of our time off property but I would not recommend if you want to access all of the amenities at Kingsmill.
