We have stayed here in years previous to 2020, since then have noticed a decline in property standards. Front lobby shows well, but unfortunately, the rooms need updating, the floors and rooms are beginning to look tired. Unfortunately, during our stay the wifi was not working, as they were waiting for repairs to be completed. Short walk to restaurants. Breakfast good selections. Do not feel getting good value for the money.

Older building that needs some updates and love . Our A/C didn’t work and the TV barely worked with lines and static throughout. It was a quick and convenient stop to sleep and get back on the highway in the morning . The staff was friendly. The room was very clean . Breakfast was included and Coffee / juice was available 24/7

The AC in the room did not work- so annoying. All i wanted to do was get a good night sleep and the Air condition didn't work. Also there was no egg in the morning. The serving tray was empty.

Absolute worse management and maintenance
We were placed in the furthest room on the top floor...which in itself was not an issue - issue was the stair case right next to our room was closed off - meaning no 2nd means of egress, if there was an issue between us and the only other means of egress we would either burn or learn how to fly. When we went to take showers, there was NO hot water...when maintenance addressed the situation we were never informed after sitting round for an hour causing us to be late meeting other people we were to meet at a designated time. To make matters worse, when we discovered ourselves that we hat hot water it was by mere accident as the shower valve was reversed and the hot water was on the right immediately when turning the water one. The only way to balance the hot water was to have the water turned all but off - resulting in non-existent water pressure. What makes that situation so bad, is the fact that the cleaning service, maintenance department and management at bare minimum had to know about the valve issue and have done nothing about it and still rented out the room. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise when management closed off the emergency 2nd means of egress to the 3rd floor of their hotel - an absolute crime.
