we checked in Sunday 10-13-24 upon entering the front doors a pleasant aroma hit us, the facility was super clean, staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was amazing as far as free breakfasts go, if we ever go back to the dry ridge Kentucky area again we will definitely be staying there 5-5 stars .... only complaint was the Sasquatch in the room above us wouldnt stop stomping the floor untill 3 am but it isnt the fault of the motel

I loved our stay here except for our last night. The hotel smells amazing but the last night it was cold outside and I had to put the heat on and was awoken during the night by a burning smell coming from the heater. I have asthma so I was very concerned about my health. Other than that incident that the staff said was probably due to it being the first time it was turned on in a while. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice and friendly.

This Comfort Inn was exceptional! The young lady who checked me in was very courteous and was able to cancel a room for me that Expedia said that I could. The only problem that I came across at this location was noise. Some children or possibly young adults that were next door or right above my room was too loud stomping and running around. Other than that nuisance, this was a nice location!

We were in the room a total of 2 hours, and I found a bed bug crawling in the bed. Staff was great. They immediately gave me another room, washed the kid's stuffed animals and blankets, and refunded our stay.

NO power, even so we give us our names and room # we left the place they didn’t cancel the next day… pretending nothing happened there! Sad 😢 At the room was crumbs on the carpet and a socks close to the bed! Crazy experience I will say!
