The room had a urine smell that even after the worker sprayed and I purchased fresheners for the vent & carpet it was still apparent. The same smell was in the bed covers.

Our room was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that the carpet be cleaned more often. When walking in my bare feet, I had to wipe the dirt off before putting on my shoes in the morning. The breakfast was good.

We traveled with a disabled individual and the room was on the first floor which made getting to the room easier but we were all the way at the end so he needed to use his scooter to get there. Room was large enough to accommodate the scooter and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us who traveled together.

When we went to check in they claimed they didn’t have the reservation from Expedia, although I showed them it was pending on my bank account. They swiped my card and gave us the “last room” and told me they would stop payment on Expedia. I have been charged twice and can’t get a reply to an email or answers on Expedia’s help despite sending photos of my bank transactions. The room smelled like pee and was gross. Needed a shower after my shower. Was thankful it was only one night.

This hotel was ok. Our room seemed clean but smelled weird. The ceiling was also sagging and looked like it could collapse. The bed was comfortable though!

It was filthy! Our bed looked like it had been slept in, there was something splattered all over the bottom of the door and the room smelled terrible! We asked for new linens and changed them ourselves. We didn’t even use the bedspreads because they were so stained

We got there in the room and put our food in refrigerator and non cold stuff on table. The refrigerator wasn’t working so we contact the front desk. He replaced the refrigerator and that one wasn’t working either. We had our non cold food and reusable plastic cups we bought at the store and we put them on the table. When we got back to the room our non cold food and reusable cups that we bought at the store was gone. The cleaning people threw our stuff out and I contacted front desk but he said they can’t do anything about it. Very disappointed because we were there for 2 days and the cleaning people threw our stuff away. I’m going to contact manager about this. Won’t go there again.

First room I got was dirty. A lot of crumbs on the floor , in the microvawe the previous guests food, AC not working properly. I requested to change. Second room better but not as perfect. I will stay away from the Quality Inn Hotels.
