It was okay for a week, but it wasn't the cleanest. The bathroom shower needed repair badly, the staff seemed nice but did not really go out of their way to accommodate, and parking was an absolute nightmare. On the plus side, it wasn't noisy at all, the bed linens were clean and the bed itself was comfortable. No elevator, though. Had to walk up multiple flights of stairs to get to my room, get ice etc. In all, I give it a 3; could be better, could be worse.

After checking in my family and I were getting ready for sheets and found the drain was rusty and water ran brown and then clear. The ceiling over the shower was caving in. The main door was so loose to open my toddler easily opened it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel every spring in it and there was a massive dip at the foot of the bed. After contacting Expedia they called the office with my complaints and the staff immediately brought keys to a new room to check out. It was 230am but we did end up moving to a new room that was very clean and bed was very comfortable. 3.5/5 for the remainder of the stay. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful. Very sweet lady.

Room was horrible and after I fully paid Expedia for the room I found another pending charge from the hotel for the nights I stayed so they trying to charge me twice worst experience ever room was filthy first night I had water dripping on my head over the bed and it wasn’t even raining

Surprisingly wonderful
Check-in started off rocky as I had just driven 7 hours and was given a different type of room than I had booked. However, the balcony (and luckily great weather) made up for that. Yes, it is a beaten-up old motor hotel, but it was terrific overall. Dogs welcome, quiet (except for intermittent morons with loud cars on S College), felt safe, cute coffee maker, and the BED WAS FANTASTIC!

Stayed there 2 times, the first time I delt with the place because NOTHING was available under $200 a night, so I booked again for the next night. When I asked in the morning if I could stay in the same room, the clerk couldn’t figure out how to keep me in the same room. That night we checked back in and the room we had was even worse with a Huge brown water stain above the bed, the towel shelf was broke and hanging and both TV and internet didn’t work. We called about the tv being fixing and the guy came to fixe it 1 hr and 3 calls later. Didn’t fix it and the internet didn’t work either! Horrible horrible horrible!

Absolutely horrible, I never completed my check in. A man came Downstairs to say he was leaving due to the bugs in the room. When I arrived there were I saw people outside of the balcony spitting and being loud. I am very disappointed in this trip and hope to never have to think about being there again. No refund, just nasty and disgusting

Fortunately Short
a short weekend stay with college friends for a reunion. I arrived 1 day before my friends. I encountered 1 individual smoking weed publicly in front of the office and local police making a drive through before I even went to check in. I saw another individual napping on a couch in the check in area. Entrances to the area where I was located were not well lit as was the hallway outside my room. Other guests in adjoining rooms were loud, frequently slamming the door and carrying on loud and foul conversations on their cell phone out in the hallway instead of in their room. Fortunately these individuals checked out the following day and my friends were placed in the vacant rooms on either side of me. I didn't sleep well the first night as I was alone and the general environment around the hotel felt less than ideal. Staff at front desk were appropriately business like and room was clean enough and generally bare bones basic. Far from center of town and you need to drive to get anywhere on main campus. Definitely a glamping experience.
