Top Floor Bridgeview
We had a quick mid-week getaway to Wilmington for an early wedding anniversary getaway. This was a great location! We parked on Monday and never got back in the car until we left on Thursday. Everything on our to-do list was walkable from our little nest. Great size for two. A little crowded with two dogs in tow, but all four of us were out of the space most of every day. The location is bit loud for week nights in the Fall, but tolerable. On our last night there was a prevailing smell of cigar/cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. There is a cigar bar on the first floor, but this is the first time it got into the space. I wondered if the cigar bar had access to the roof and the smell was coming in from the roof access in bathroom. It, we just turned on the exhaust fan and shut the bathroom doors.Still a great place for a quick couple’s getaway! Our host could. It have been for helpful and prompt to respond or share helpful tips!! We will be back!❤️

We stayed at this adorable property the weekend of 9/27 and absolutely loved it! The decor is lovely and the accommodations are great (bedroom is not huge , but ok) Very Clean and David was super easy to reach We will be back!

Excellent location
I stayed at this property for several days with my three kids, age 13-19. The owner was exceptional at communicating with us leading up to our stay with information, directions, check in instructions, and parking assistance. He was readily available after we arrived and helped with questions we had about different amenities. Later in our stay he spent at least 15 minutes giving me specific information about local beaches and the pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision about plans. The property itself was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had an assortment of cookware and a working Keurig. My kids especially enjoyed using the popcorn maker. The murphy bed was excellent for creating enough sleeping space for our larger group. The master could easily fit too adults, the murphy comfortably fit my oldest, adult child, or probably could accommodate 2 smaller children, and the futon comfortably slept another kid. One of my children opted to sleep on the couch, he is a camper so this was likely luxurious to him. The location is ideal. I am a runner and the one block jog to the Riverwalk was super convenient. The local restaurants were amazing and everything is in walking distance. The area felt safe at all times. We chose to drive to the Airlie Gardens, which I highly recommend if you have time. We also drove to the Battleship but there was a water taxi service available for this as well. Amazing trip and property!

Great Location in Downtown Wilmington
We had a fabulous time in Downtown Wilmington, NC! David was very responsive and we had no issues with our stay. Everything was as described and the location of this condo was very convenient to shops, restaurants, and the Cape Fear river. It isn't if we return again, it will be when we do we know where to stay and will share this property with family and friends heading to the area in the future.

Weekend Getaway!
Beautiful 3rd floor condo. Communication with David was very easy. Checkin and check out were so simple. We wanted a place Downtown where we could park the car and be able to walk to all of our favorite shops, bars, and restaurants. This was a perfect location for all of that. The Condo was very clean with all of the essentials. We will seek out this property again when we come back into town.

Beautifully restored 3rd floor apartment, a mix of the old and new. Living area open with all convenience, kitchen is huge. Prime Location
Location is in the center of downtown close to shops restaurants/bars, and riverfront. Simple check in/out. Must be able to use stairs to third floor. Easy and cheap parking in garage next to apartment for $12 a day.

Great downtown place
My husband, son and I had a great weekend in downtown Wilmington. The location was perfect for dining and shopping. We were able to walk to all locations as parking is at a minimum. It does get a bit loud at night with the busy nightlife in the downtown area. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. David was very friendly and attentive to our questions and concerns...

A Charming Flat in a Great Location
This is a lovely upstairs flat in an historic building located in the heart of the historic district. Bars, restaurants, coffee houses, and shopping all within walking minutes. The host communicated regularly and effectively to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommended!

Great location and host!
My daughter nd I were in town visiting UNC Wilmington and this property was perfect. We were walking distance from the multiple restaurants our host recommended (all fantastic) and a short drive to the campus and only about 25 minutes Wrightsville Beach. The property was well stocked and clean and our host was incredibly responsive and friendly!!

Perfect Getaway
The location is unbeatable. You’re right in the middle of downtown and everything is walkable. We loved how dark and quiet the master bedroom is. There’s a basement bar less than 60ft away and we didn’t hear it at all! David is an excellent host and we’re looking forward to a return visit!

Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach July 2024
Beautiful week in Wilmington. 105 Market street Bridgeview was right downtown, and easy walking distance to the river, and numerous fun bars and restaurants. Very safe. Wrightsville Beach was wonderful, very hot, and an easy drive from 105 Market. The condo was perfect - all amenities were great, the shower and bathroom were top notch, and David the host was easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful. We will be back, and we recommend it highly. Loved NC!!

The property was great and very clean We were an older couple and the stairs were a little tough for us. The street noise was a little noisy but in the back of property was quiet. Great Weekend in Downtown Wilmington
Really cool redevelopment of an apartment in Downtown Wilmington. Located at the very center of DT Wilmington. Could not be more in the mix of what's going on there. Great bars and restaurants in every direction. Great city amenities, with Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach within short drives. Highly recommend.

Great location near bars and restaurants. May be a little noisy on weekend nights but you can’t hear it from the bedroom. Very nice accommodations. There was a leak on the stairs below the shower but the owner was going to make a prompt repair. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Memorial Day Weekend Trip
Cozy place with good vibes in a great location. A little noisy outside, but removed from the bedroom for sleep and mostly expected given the downtown location. Lots of excellent restaurants just a short walk away, river walk just down the street, plenty of galleries/art/marketplace events. Short, straightforward drive to the beach. Had a great time!

A quick two-night stay with our dogs. Location is very convenient to downtown stores, restaurants and bars. Parking is on the street or in the high rise parking just next to the property. David was wonderful to communicate with.
