This unit is in the last condo building on Carolina Beach Avenue North. It has a unique view of the pier and a nice spacious living room area. It is on the first level. It has a large deck in front with a table, chairs and porch swing. Another deck is on the back off the master bedroom. Bright and fun. Complex has a pool and an Oceanfront Gazebo. Fully stocked kitchen. Master has a full bed while guest bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk above. Queen sleeper sofa. Washer and Dryer in condo.
Towels, linens, TP, dish and laundry soap and more are provided -Just show up!!

Great Place!
This place was awesome! Right by the North pier and we got enjoy love music Thursday and Friday night without leaving the condo, just sit out on the porch with a cup of coffee with the waves crashing and enjoying the evening! Great for just steps away from walking on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location but I dont think the cleaner had done a great job. We found several things that was left from a previous guest in the bathroom and bedroom. This was not the hosts fault at all. The host was great! Just think the cleaner needs to do a better job and a good deep cleaning on the property.

Great for peaceful stay
Great place for an quiet peaceful stay. The floors looked new as well as some of the appliances. The pics dont do it justice. Host was very nice and you can tell he cares about his guests and his vacation property. The fresh flowers were a nice touch. Will definitely consider staying again.

Location! Ocean! Dogs!
This was our 2nd stay at Dan’s. First time, they were filming a Netflix special & surrounded by film crews cool. We love the proximity to the CB North End where our dogs are welcome year round. The ocean is across the street. This trip, the pier was on point! Live reggae band- had front row seats from the balcony, good food. On your way in, pick up seafood & veggies at Seaview & take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen. If you want bougie, not here. If you want a dog-friendly ocean front ish, great location with the basics—this is it. Dan is very helpful & provides great local recommendations..

Great location
Loved that I could take my pets as well as look out the window and see the beach. It was fabulous to walk across the street and be on the beach. The only thing I would suggest is a good deep cleaning to the unit as well as the furniture.

We love this place. This was our 4th year and are planning already for next year and adding a couple of more days. The weather wasn't that great it was really chilly and windy but as always we made the best of it. Being able to take our fur baby is a big plus also. We don't ever look for other rentals we have found our favorite and will look at no other as long as we can stay here!!!

Outstanding location!
We frequent Carolina Beach often This is one of the best locations we have ever had to proximity of the beach, pier, and Tiki Bar. The view is breathtaking! You can sit on your balcony and watch the sunrise!

Perfect weekend getaway!
We had a lovely long weekend in this Carolina Beach condo! It had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the porch was a great place to read and enjoy an evening cocktail. It was also so fun to be able to bring our sweet dog with us. Definitely plan on returning!

Loved the location and to have the beach access right outside was the best, especially having our husky travel with us. Low Tide Pier restaurant and tiki bar was right next door. All in all had a relaxing time to unravel and enjoy our time !!!

Property overall was great. Great view, size and functionality. Initially had problems with sliding door due to being close to ocean but host was very attentive to our needs and assisted in getting it to function. Condo could have been cleaner but it did not keep us from having a great time. Will definitely consider coming here again.

Great host, great location, great stay!
As others have mentioned, the space is so much nicer in person than in the vrbo listing. We were greeted with a fresh flower arrangement and enough paper towels/TP to last for a month! The A/C ran ice cold, the showers were hot and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prep and cook several meals. The furniture in the living room was super comfy, and arranged in a way that made having conversations easy. Communication before/during/after our stay was excellent, and Dan even offered us an afternoon checkout (which enabled us to stay and enjoy takeout from a few of our fave spots). While not "on the beach" it's literally across the street and the balconies orientation provides an unobstructed view of the ocean and north end pier. We also lucked out that the Low-Tide Tiki bar re-opened just in time for Memorial Day weekend. This is a fun, low-key spot to enjoy a frosty beverage and take in the sights and sounds of the beach. One of the main reasons we stayed at Dan's was to bring our newly adopted greyhound to the beach. Turns out she loved it and the single flight of indoor/carpeted stairs made it super easy for her to navigate up/down for walkies. In addition to walks on the beach before 9am and after 5pm, the entrance to Freeman Park is less than a block away and dogs are permitted (on leash) at any time. If you are considering staying at Dan's place, I highly recommend doing so. Everyone in our group loved the clean, bright open space and would return in a heartbeat.
