This 1885 historic triplex has been creatively restored. They kept the best parts, the hardwood floors and massive brick fireplace which now serves as a center piece! Watch the world go by from the cute rocking chair front porch. The apartment has an open concept living, dining, & kitchen. The updated kitchen has granite counter tops and everything you need, including a Keurig coffeemaker. Down the hall there are two full bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a beautiful tiled walk in shower & washer/dryer. One bedroom has a queen, the other a king with a walk in closet. Off the king bedroom is access to the back porch which leads you to the shared courtyard. Located right across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.

Charming little apartment in historic downtown Wilmington!
The place was clean. I got off to a bumpy start because I deleted the check in email with all the important information on it and didnāt realize it until the minute I was leaving. Contacted the rental agency via phone and some got back to me with all the information i needed within 30 minutes. The place could use some upkeep however, notice the floors sagging badly in the back bedroom and the gutters over the back porch donāt look to have been cleaned in years. But all said, for the price and location itās a great deal for the money.
