$760 for 2 night stay. The lobby smelled of sewage. Broken shower head, broken make-up mirror & the safe did not work. When we called to switch rooms the staff was very receptive. But, they explained the safe batteries are no longer being made & they have no accounting for which rooms have functional safes. It is obvious that Hilton is suffering financially as they are letting their hotels deteriorate. We are ā€œ Honorā€ members & have elected to switch to other hotels.

Our check in was delayed by 2 hrs. The tv remote did not work. We had no heat for 24 hrs. Also, we were charged for about $29.00 of snacks we never purchased. They did make concessions for all the inconvenience but we will not stay here again. Disappointed considering the cost of the room.

Everything was nice but my room was never cleaned or replenished with supplies. There was a lot of confusion with the restaurant during breakfast. The staff ignored it. I literally pointed out to the host that nobody has food. The host acted as though it was an inconvenience for us to be there. It took over an hour to get the food I ordered. They said a manager would be by but that person never showed up. Iā€™ll just say this when you have staff that doesnā€™t really want to serve their customers itā€™s very easy to tell. For the cost of the room itā€™s pretty offensive. The young waiter was very nice and apologized he was the only who seemed to address the issue.

I loved there was only an area rug it feels so much cleaner! I didnt like that when I checked in they asked if I wantes to valet or self park. I chose self park as I hate waiting for the valet. However she failed to mention there is no elevator from the parking lit and you have to carry your bags up a flight if stairs! If I knew that I would have left my bags in the lobby while I parked the car. The hallway you enter from the right side of the hotel smelled like mold! Yuck!

Room had a great view of the river, battleship. Poor cleanliness in room and windows. No fridge and safe not working. No staff guidance or intercom announcement after an inadvertent fire alarm cause all guests to evacuate. Room was to be made up each day and we again requested the room/towel service with housekeeping, but on returning in the late afternoon the room had not been touched.

The hotel is located in the heart of the retail district where all the shops and restraunts are. Overall a good stay. AC works fantastic! The one negative is they donā€™t have coffee after breakfast time is over. I woke up late and around 12:30pm I asked the front desk for coffee and she directed me downstairs to their restraunt and the waiter told me they do not serve coffee at this time of day. There seems to be a coffee bar on the main check in floor but I never saw that one operating at any time either. No coffee other than at breakfast . Disappointing
