This Wilmington industrial loft will leave you and your guests saying "Wow!" The entire loft has been up-fitted with luxury touches throughout to match the 5 star stays we consistently host. Unique touches throughout tie in class with history in this steampunk 3rd floor loft apartment with oversized windows, original pine flooring, granite counters, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, skylights and unique ways to show natural light throughout the entire loft.

Great stay in downtown Wilmy!

This property was ideal for our family of five. Its prime location, just steps away from a variety of restaurants, breweries, and shops, made it incredibly convenient. The check-in process was seamless, the property was spotless, and the property manager was attentive, checking in frequently to ensure our comfort. Clean place, great location, great communication with host, parking costs, but isn't bad, there's a parking lot on the same side of the road, we paid $12 for 24hrs. Would book again if we visited Wilmington.

Great place to stay an explore Wilmington

Outstanding location and the unit is just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Short walk to many restaurants rated higher than 4 on YELP. Very close to Riverwalk and only a 25 minute drive to ocean beaches.

Perfect stay in downtown Wilmington!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for stay! Aaron (property manager) was quick to respond with any questions and had wonderful communication with instructions for checkin and checkout processes. The loft was in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, stores and bars! Would stay here again in the future!

Downtown Dream

My husband and I were in town to celebrate my birthday with our son and his family, who live in Wilmington. We were within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. I loved the exposed brick walls and the decor. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the condo was clean and very easy to access. Our grandson was so excited to see the extra bedroom ( and that we were staying above the candy store and only a block from Kilwin’s which is his favorite downtown spot) that he insisted on staying with us. We would definitely stay here on future visits.

This property is absolutely beautiful!! I loved our stay, our parking was a little expensive in the deck across the street so next time we visit we will choose somewhere else to park however would 1000000% stay here again, beautiful loft and was a great place for a weekend stay. The kitchen area and living room was by far our favorite part!
