The room was dirty, and we had a non smoking room which had cigarette burns on the bed smelled horrible and the sheets had hair on it, and bathroom was disgusting the toilet kept making noises like it was going to blow up everytime you flushed it.

I appreciate the red roof offers affordable options however people should not have to sleep in squalor. There were stains on all furniture and walls in my room; the bathroom did not seem to be cleaned and I noticed bugs crawling on the walls. I will not stay at this location again.

It was very dirty, unsafe and rude employees. Rooms had mold and a foul smell. Floors never cleaned or bathrooms for that matter. People going through trash for food and smoking weed everywhere. I am handicapped and I can not do stairs. We told them and they said it would not have any, but there was a flight of steps. Walker does not fit through bathroom doorway. Dirty disgusting place. DO NOT STAY HERE
