This historic building has been involved in a 2-year rehab with all the best Amenities. Suite 2 has 2 bedrooms one is a master suite. Fully stocked kitchen for any level cook. In Unit Washer and Dryer. 2.5 baths. Central A/C and Heat. Great retreat right in the middle of Downtown Wilton. Private parking off road for 2 cars. The unit requires you to walk upstairs to second floor and bedrooms are also located up another set of stairs. The unit is located in the same building as the largest, nicest Coffee Shop in Franklin County (Chaos Coffee). When you see the Large Black Building in Downtown Wilton.
