Very close to the lake (less than 10 minute drive), close to many great nature spots, and University of the South, Downtown Winchester area, and the famous Jack Daniels Distillery. 

8 people can be comfortably accommodated, and if extra sleeping arrangements are needed, we have a comfy couch! 

We are a quick 10 mile drive from Tims Ford Marina and 3 miles from the brand new Twins Creek Marina. 

Kitchette upstairs, and a great quiet and cozy reading/writing nook upstairs. 

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We are always available via the app or phone to assist as needed and have a handyman in the area if anything needs to be fixed.
We live about an hour away, checking in will be done via a code. We always strive to be available for messages/calls when our guests need us. We also have someone on-staff monitoring messages throughout normal business hours.
The property is on a convenient and visible road. 



The property is located very close (approximately 1 mile) to the Winchester square where restaurants and shops are located. 

The closest grocery store is Walmart which is about a 10 minute drive. 

There may be some street noise, but the property does sit far off the street and we provide sound machines for every bedroom for your enjoyment/comfort.
You have access to the entire house except for a closet downstairs for the maids and the detached garage and shop.
