Staff was super friendly when checking us in and when leaving. Loved the shuttle to Mohegan Sun just wish maybe there were a couple of them so we didn’t have to wait so long. Hotel is very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I was like sleeping on a cloud !! definitely will be back.

I've had better stays here.
The room itself was very clean and a very spacious! Our check in was unorganized and despite checking in at 5:00pm, our room had not been cleaned, so we had to wait while several other people checked in and went straight to their rooms. While our room was clean, the elevator lobbies looked like they were getting remodeled/ worked on in a half assed manner. When we told the person at the front desk that our room fridge wasn't working, they basically said "That's all we have" - not really a great answer or attitude.

The hotel is oh for a holiday inn. The room was clean and well maintained but it smelled like cigarettes likeva lot and was not smoke. The pool was cold. They need to get a water heater immediately. I do recommend the breakfast it was very nice and multiple choices. I founded to be to expensive for been such a basic hotel with a cold water pool. No no
