Room was dirty. Toilet, lamps, tv remote was gross. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Wallpaper was peeling with large pieces patched, and existence of a fire at one of the electrical outlets. Free breakfast was extremely sparse. It was quiet though.

I was expecting more from the complimentary breakfast; there was only bread and bagels and some cereal. The rooms were dated and renovations should be done as there was some duct tape on the walls in the room. Otherwise very clean, easy to get to and on site parking.

It was a decent enough place: clean, in decent shape except for a few things that could use fixing/upgrading (like shower not draining properly and difficulty determining water temperature). Breakfast was okay, but could have used some extras (like eggs or yogurt)

Property was just ok, basic amenities. Sheets were older and the place needs a facelift. Breakfast was limited but all items fresh and the area was clean. Its unfair to complain too much because the price is reasonable so as a customer you can't have everything with a limited budget. Best asset they have are their staff calling me multiple times for check in and letting me know I left some headphones retaining and returning. Very courteous. Impressive.
