I liked the floor plan of the units as well as the buildings, liked the accessibility of parking, easy access to the highway. The front desk staff was not very friendly or even warm to guests, although the checkin process was easy that’s because of the technology, not because of the interaction with the staff. I asked if the sofa bed was made up as there was 2 people and the young lady said there should be bedding in the closet, if it’s not there come back and get some, good customer care would say we don’t make up the sofa beds but here is the bedding especially since it was 29degrees outside. Upon check out I asked for a receipt and was told because I booked thru a 3rd party I have to get it from them. I have worked in the travel industry for over 25 years and find this type of customer service to be very unacceptable.
