When you walk into the hotel and common areas, it had a bad smell. Bathroom super small, fan doesn’t take out humidity from showering well. Wouldn’t stay here again.

They were running a great promotion for half price dining during our stay which was nice. Rooms were smaller than the pictures showed so we were cramped in there it seemed. Staff was super friendly.

The front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Other than that, the stay was poor to mediocre. The room was damp, and the location of the hotel, although convenient if you work for CN, is terrible. The outdoor air (beyong the hotels control) was horrible. The hotel is too close to a rendering plant and apparently a mushroom farm or plant. I had to request to have our room made up after the first night. I thought that was just something that happens. It has been in every other hotel I've stayed at. Live and learn. I will not be back.

First time staying here as usual hotel we stay was booked up.Kids liked the water slide and workout room was nice,but a horrible sleep as we all woken up at 3am by constant door slamming,ppl laughing talking loud like a party was going on in hallway until like 4.For $180 over $100 for dinner we felt wasn’t worth it because of the disturbance.We were going to stay another night but went elsewhere because of the horrible sleep.

Second time we've stayed with the kids. They love the pool/waterslide. Convenient location and fairly quiet. Minor inconveniences: 1. tv remote was taped together and kept falling apart/not working 2. Bathtub drain plug was broken and wouldn't allow water to drain. Advised front desk at checkout.

The pool was closed right as we got there so couldn’t even swim. Yet I was told it would be open they gave us three lowsy $10 vouchers for food when all I wanted was some money back as I paid for the hotel for the pool very disappointed

The dinner buffet was awful. Found paper in the lasagna. Cabbage rolls tasted like chemicals. Really gross food.and expensive. Hardly ate anything. Staff at hotel desk were very caring. We had been rear ended and we r from BC and were on holidays. They really showed compassion to us. We stayed 3 extra nights because of them
