Parking lot not plowed all week. I understand having to pay for parking and even the extra spot for a trailer if the hotel was full but charging for a extra spot for a trailer for one night when parking lot is empty? I think the cost of the 4 rooms for the week my crew was in should have covered the extra parking spot the trailer took up at the end of the job.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The property was very quiet. Easy to get around the area with under ground walk ways as well as cat walks near by, so it made for very little walking out doors in the cold Winnipeg weather! I would recommend this property.

The hotel was clean and bed comfy, but the building itself is quite dated and many things were not working…burnt out lights in the room, toasters in the breakfast area not working, treadmill out of service. Also another $12.60 to park that we were not aware of until we arrived. I have stayed at this property several times before, but not in the last few years. Disappointed that it is far from the establishment it once was.

Location was great and the included breakfast was also good. Stayed on the quiet side. Hotel is older and could use some updates but was clean. Bed not the most comfortable and could be replaced. Overall worth the price and location was awesome.
