It was our first time visiting Winnipeg. Nice city. The hotel for the most part was very nice. Quite accommodating staff. The only thing that was alarming was the fact that there appeared to be homeless people sleeping in the lobby. There were bags of clothes and boxes sitting out front. The outside of the hotel needs work, inside everything looks newly renovated. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The continental breakfast was great.

The hotel was very clean and in great condition, which seems to be becoming harder to find these days. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful! We will be staying here again next time.
