I couldn't give a 5 out of 5 for the property, since there was no carpet in the hallway. It was in the process of being replaced. However, when that is finished the result will undoubtedly be fine! This hotel gives great value for the price they charge!

Our stay was very short as we were up at 3:30am to get to the airport. What we did see and experience was very nice. Pool had to close for unexpected cleaning which was unfortunate, but not their fault. Would stay again.

Front desk lied and told me that there were no more rooms when I had asked for one closer because I am disabled. When I got into my room it was so loud from the neighbouring rooms and hallway. I texted to let them know, but nothing changed. After an hour I contacted Expedia. I was ready to leave. The front desk called me and offered to switch rooms. I was taken aback because he told me earlier that there were no other rooms. He sounded agitated that Expedia contacted them. He was rude to me and hung up. I ended up leaving after only two hours of being there because a man was angrily yelling and I heard him as if he was in my own room. It was very scary as a solo traveller. Expedia tried to get my money back but the hotel doesn’t care. That two hours cost me a night stay.
