Budget friendly clean but no service
The hotel is new and very nice and clean for most part... but the aervice was aweful. It is an extended stay type place, but i was treated as if i stayed in boarding house not a hotel. No front desk after 9pm so if you forget you key an employee has to wake up and let you back in room. Of course they are grouchy and upset as they do it. Very rude at front desk.

This was a nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real issue I had was 1. The water in the shower was like warm. It was not hot at all. Even my kids asked if it could be hotter! 2. You have to bring your own pots or pay which was fine, but when we got there they have to be aluminum pots which they didn’t say on line and to buy from them is 39.99. But otherwise very nice.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The tv even had Netflix on there so that was a nice plus. Staff is nice. The hotel is close to plenty of food places and Hanes Mall

MOSTLY clean
The room was mostly clean but not cleaned well enough. I don't need "white glove" clean. Just decent effort to make things comfortable for me when I arrive. I found a open bag of "Funions" behind a chair in the corner of the room where the room picture (in the advert) was taken from.

Safe and meets the need for rest
Loved no carpet, felt cleaner, check in was quick and smooth. Guy was very nice. Only not so good, you can hear everything, the arguments from others is very loud, the ice machine is loud.

Wonderful Stay
This place is perfect for a lengthy stay while working! The hotel is brand new and very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and super helpful! We will definitely book here again if working in the area.
