The property, room and staff were all top notch. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen at any hotel. The pool was clean and warm. My only complaint is that every night the parking lot turns into a night club. Taking my kid to the pool in the evening we had to deal with people at the tables drinking smoking pot and partying at all hours. It's a little ridiculous that the hotel let's that go on to such an extent considering most of the guests are with kids and family. I have no problem with people having a good time, but having to walk my kid thru clouds of pot smoke every time we went outside isn't cool at all.

I was very impressed with this property, I wasn’t expecting much and I would say it is equivalent to the Marriott across from Legoland at a much better rate! Better than these two, in Winter Haven, only the Legoland Hotel.

Great for a quick stop. Our room had a paint or other fume smell, so they moved us rooms and were very helpful. Getting into the parking area is a bit confusing. Everything was fairly clean and kept up.

I liked the ease easy of checking in , checking out and booking the room. Someone did trespass the property and was in the pool screaming for hours until a cop came . But that was beyond their control . Other than that for 1 night , it did its job .

The lady that checked me in was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and nice. Our bedding, towels, and rooms were cleaned each day which was very helpful. I wish they offered free breakfast instead of the bar/restaurant but you they do offer a one time kids eat free with a purchase of an adult. The hotel was located in a great location. Overall I'm very satisfied with my stay. Loved It!!!

Perfect Winter Haven Stay
We got the king sized handicap room. Sooo spacious, clean, tons of charger stations, great shampoo etc , excellent front desk and phenomenal bar staff. Bar is simple but has exactly what you need. Quesidilla with chicken delicious. Bartender attentive, friendly. Black out shades. So much space. Loved it. And very family friendly with a. 11.99 breakfast that had the restaurant full of folk. Plus, just 3 mile drive from downtown
