Sunset Haven is a luxurious contemporary 3,600 sq/ft lake house on beautiful Lake Summit in Winter Haven Florida. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with a view of the lake beyond the pool deck, where many beautiful sunsets can be seen almost nightly. This wonderful home boast an array of amenities for an extraordinary stay. The property is located in Eloise Woods, the most desired part of Winter Haven. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms the home comfortably accommodates 14 guest.

**Insect Precautions:** We routinely treat the property for bugs and insects, but Florida's subtropical climate naturally supports various critters. To help minimize their presence, please keep doors closed whenever possible.

**Propane Tanks** We provide multiple propane tanks for both grills. If all tanks are empty, guests will need to refill them, and we will gladly reimburse the cost of the refill.

**Location** The house is situated in a lively area with plenty of shopping and dining options. It’s located on the same thoroughfare as Legoland, so traffic can be busy at times. Additionally, you may hear boats and jet skis on the lake. While the house and property offer a relaxing atmosphere, if you’re seeking complete quiet during your stay, this may not be the best fit for you.

The dock, beach, and firepit are just across a quiet dead-end road that serves only a few homes.
