The Space:
Welcome to First Chair! This fully remodeled Luxe one-bedroom ski-in, ski-out condominium conveniently located in Fraser Crossing in Winter Park Resort Village. Be "first" to the gondola and grab the "First Chair"! Whether the purpose of your stay with us is adventure or to reconnect, First Chair has amenities to serve every stay. Catch the 'First Chair' of the day! The Gondola is just across the street from the front door. After a long day on the mountain step through the gate of the unit's private patio and onto the amenity deck to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or kick back in front your own gas fireplace. Hungry? Your choice of grilling, preparing in the well-equipped full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, or taking the short walk to The Village for incredible meals with a view!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath accommodates up to 4 guests with stylish interiors and comfy sleeping areas. The unit also has thoughtful digital amenities. Dedicated high-speed WiFi for when you need to mix work and play, Smart TV offer Amazon Video, Netflix and Xfinity Cable are provided, and a separate computer desk so you won't miss any important work emails! This condominium is also ADA compliant. Underground heated paid parking is available. This is the most convenient and inexpensive parking option in Winter Park Village. A free bus serves Winter Park and all of Grand County from The Village. Dedicated bike cages and ski locker is included. Experience comfort and convenience at First Chair.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Elevations by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Please be aware the amenities deck, including hot tubs and grills will be closed during your stay. The hot tubs are being replaced. Additionally, there will be loud construction noise while hot tubs are being replaced. The construction crews will be working 6 days a week from approximately 7AM-7PM. The approximate dates of the closure through beginning of 2025 (Founder Pointe, January 24, 2025; Fraser Crossing, February 10, 2025). The booking prices during this time are reflective of hot tub/amenities deck closure and construction discount. No further discounts or refunds will be given related to hot tub closure/construction. If you wish to cancel, you will need to do so within 24-hours of creating the booking or within the cancellation period window in order to receive a refund. The property is located at Winter Park Resort in the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe Building. We are located right across from the free community bus, "The Lift". Download The Lift Rider App to see departure and arrival times of the bus and destinations. Local Amtrak service is available at different times of the year in Winter Park and Fraser.

Traveling to Winter Park Resort:
• Denver International Airport (90-miles by vehicle)

• Take the Amtrak train: Winter Park Express ( seasonal) / California Zephyr (once daily)

During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Elevations by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.
