Tucked away in the secluded ski in ski out Bridger's Cache neighborhood below the Mary Jane side of Winter Park Resort, this luxurious custom home has all the detailings you would expect of its coveted title. Enjoy classic mountain architecture with contemporary design & decor, plus beautiful custom woodwork, huge windows and multiple covered balconies to take in the winter wonderland outside. Plus, this home is ski in ski out via the Corridor Trail that runs next to the neighborhood (150 yard walk).

Step inside Mary Jane's Dream Home and you'll immediately feel enveloped in luxe style in the open living room that hosts a large gas fireplace, flat screen TV, ample seating options, and large picture windows to take in the picturesque landscape. The living area flows easily into the gourmet kitchen that hosts stainless steel appliances and ample seating options at the breakfast bar and kitchen island. Bring your group together at the 10 person dining table or head outside to the back patio and have dinner al fresco at the custom wood carved picnic table. This is also where the ultra private hot tub is that's the perfect place to take in the starry skies. On the lower level, you'll also find a large second living area with a wet bar, foosball table, oversized couch, and flat screen TV. This is the perfect place for the kids to spread out and have some fun!

Ready to rest easy? This home features four oversized bedrooms including a Primary King Suite on the main level, second and third King Suites on the upper level, and lower level Bunk Room with Queen/Twin bunks + Twin Trundle. There's also additional overflow sleeping on the Queen pullout in the upper level mezzanine and Queen daybed in one of the upper level King Suites. All the bedrooms feature our signature hotel-style luxury linens that ensure a dreamy night's sleep.

Additional amenities include a heated two car garage, boot & glove dryers, ski storage, heated floors, pack n play, baby gate, propane grill, office space, Smart TV's with cable (select), remote check-in, keyless entry, three decks with seating, and more!

- Bridger's Cache is a private, gated community with a caretaker and neighbors living full-time in the neighborhood.
- The clubhouse, located by the entrance to the community, does not allow guest use. It is for homeowners only.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & one in the driveway, for a total of three vehicles maximum. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or neighborhood access roads that require 4WD in the winter months.

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.

Location: Within the gated Bridger's Cache neighborhood. Access to the Corridor Trail which goes to the Winter Park base area is just a short 150 yard walk from the home.
