§2. Occupancy
The rental property may not be occupied by more persons than specified in the catalog or rental contract. Children over the age of two count as a person. Pets are only allowed if explicitly stated in the rental contract.
§3. Cleaning / Responsibility
The tenant is contractually obligated to keep the rental property clean during their stay and to leave it in a tidy and broom-clean condition at the end of the rental period. This includes:
Disposal of waste
Stripping the beds and placing the bedding in a pillowcase in the hallway
Placing kitchen and/or hand towels in the hallway
Washing dishes and storing them properly
Emptying the refrigerator, setting it to 0, and leaving the door open (except in July and August)
Setting the heating to level 1 or 15°C
Closing all windows and doors
If these tasks are not completed to the satisfaction of the intermediary, VSW reserves the right to arrange for cleaning at the tenant’s expense.
The tenant is responsible for the rental property and its entire inventory during the rental period. Any damages must be reported to VSW immediately. Damages that are not reported before departure or that occur during the stay will be repaired at the tenant's expense. VSW does not provide any insurance coverage for the tenant or their belongings during the rental period.
