リノベーションされていて新しく清潔な部屋でした。ファミリールームのうちの一つは、トイレとシャワールームが寝室と繋がっていない別の部屋（共用ではなく専用）ですが、特に問題は感じませんでした。エレベーターはありません。チェックイン時に観光税を払うと、ウィンターベルグのスキーリフトなどが割引になるカードを作ってくれます。レセプションは親切でしたが、電気ケトルが借りられば、より便利だと思いました。

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt! Hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber, das ruhige Zimmer mit Balkon (durch elektrische Rollos komplett abdunkelbar), das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück und den hellen Frühstücksraum.
