We enjoyed our stay at Amber's even though it didnt start off right when we first arrived. Unfortunately our room was mistakenly given to another family. However they quickly helped resolved the issue and apologized for the confusion. Jamie, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience.we were able to get the room we originally reserved (2 bedroom condo-big enough for our familyof 5). The hotel is always cleaned, quiet and very close to the downtown area. We have been to Amber's a couple of times in the past and we will for sure be back soon. This hotel is one of our favorites and we will not let this one incident prevent us from coming back. Thank you Jamie!

Always helpful & pleasant staff. Jamie is always easy to work with & helpful. Only place we stay when in the dells. Great place if u have a group of folks and want to be close. Park right outside your room making it easy to load/unload car

Our son loved the pool and whirlpool hot tub! We got rained out on the day we planned to use our free noah arks passes but with outdoor heated pool we were able to still get some swimming in! We have already talked about staying here again later this summer. We would like to start up a bonfire one night on our next stay! Beds were comfy and room was big! :)

This is my favorite Mom and Pop owned place to stay in the Dells. Always clean, well maintained, affordable, quiet and safe, off of the bustle of the main drags a by. Don’t waste your money at a corporate place when you could support this local gem!
