We were given the wrong room to start out had to go say something that I booked king suit . Front dest worker was not helpful at all didn't give directions were to go just that way nothing in room giving information about breakfast or anything like that. Called front desk from room phone 4 times to ask if had a fan no one ever answered called from my own phone no one answered . Bathroom had a bunch of ants on floor we moved the couch to have chair by hot tub and there was a bunch of stuff under the couch . Breakfast we went down about 730 or so very cold eggs and sausage coffee kids didn't fit . Bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was nice.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to IN MY LIFE! I took my two children with me and when we got of the elevator on the tird floor,there was an empty beer can laying on the floor, some kind of white stuffing all over the floor. I got to my room and there were stained sheets , freezer had about a 5 inch chunk of ice. I called the front desk to complain but had to use my cell as there wasnā€™t even a phone cord in the phone. When I reached the front desk, I explained my complaints and my response she was ā€œis that all?ā€ I marched downstairs and asked for a different room which just so happened to be two doors down from my first one. Same damn thing. I brought both sets of cars keys down to the desk and left!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Hotel has a lot of potential. If they kept breakfast stocked it would be good, but had trouble doing that. Big pool area with two hot tubs, but only one hot tub worked. Lots of lights were out in the pool area thought. Nice size room but they did not clean room, or at least change out towels.

Staff not especially friendly/welcoming. Breakfast staff was not attentive to guests and performed the minimum duties. Vases and fake flowers still have label's attached. Dirty windows, grates. Landscaping needed attention.

Friendly, but needs help
Staff were friendly. The room "appeared" clean, but was not. Beautifully made bed, but obviously "used" sheets on one of the beds. Would not touch them. Gross. The room over looked the pool. And the upper window only had shear curtains, so its bright all night long. One of the hot tubs is also under maintenance and kicks on and off at random times, turning its light on and flooding the room with brightness. Also, the TV remote didn't work.

Well the staff was nonchalant, when checking in they act like they didnā€™t know what I was talking about when I was there to check in to my room at 15:00. So the room wasnā€™t ready Iā€™m ok with that but I asked to get another room and they didnā€™t have any available as they say. So I was able to get my room closer to 16:00. Customer service and professionalism were definitely subpar.

Room was a nice size, clean. The room across the hall had a small barking dog that was barking alot. I did complain after about 2hrs & the staff just appoligized. But still had to listen to the barking & scratching on the door. Each morning, the continental breakfast was not restocked. Almost all was gone & this happened each morning, even going at different times. The 2 cereals where even gone. Bananas where brown.
