We had a lovely staycation, the very first room had a terrible smell and one of the bed covers was dirty, I talked to the manager and the manager was able to accommodate us to a clean room which was awesome. Thank you! Definitely recommended!

Checking in to this place is a nightmare. Showed up at 6:00 and took long enough that my kids didn’t get to use the water park. Literally took an hour and a half to check in after my 11 hour drive to get there. I’m never going back to a great wolf lodge!

Water park facilities were good, rooms also were big and clean. A few things we didn’t like. The check in time shouldn’t take 1 hour. And the towel situation for the pool, shouldn’t charge 15$ if the person forgets to check the towel back in. But overall we will be back and the kids loved it.
