The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and enjoyed the walkout patio. Great location by many other businesses and activities. Some within walking distace others within just a short drive. The only complaint we had was,they mention pillowtop beds on there hotel description and they are far from that. Bed was a little hard for my old bones. But, overall would definitely stay here again with family and grandkids.

Beware!
The room was comfortable but small for 2 queen beds. The toilet was so low that I felt like I was sitting on the floor. There was a funky smell in the room that even air freshener couldn't rud it if. The screen door in the patio was very difficult to slide. This is an older hotel so I expected it would need some upgrades. The worst part was we stayed for 3 nights and they didn't count towards a free night's stay. Had I known that, I would have stayed somewhere else. Very disappointed!

Good place to crash
I literally was there for about 8 hours. I needed a place to crash and for that purpose, it was a good experience. I did stay at this place for a longer period a few years back and it is a "okay" hotel at best. Not a lot of amenities, but if you need a place to crash, this serves that purpose well.

First and foremost, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I've slept on much worse. Location was convenient to every place we wanted to go to. The area was surprisingly quiet. It would probably be a little noisier during the summer season. We had the normal problem of the jey cards working. Not a big deal.

We got to pre-check in at noon so the kiddos could use the pool. Our room wasn’t ready till about 330. They did upgrade us for free since the other room did have an issue so that was really nice. Definitely will be staying again!

Great location close to everything in the Dells. Can walk to fun arcade for kids. Pool was great for our three and five year old. Our first night (Thursday) was nice and quiet. The second night (Friday) the hotel filled up. Decided to drive home late Friday night because the walls are very thin and could hear people running and talking in neighboring rooms, hallway, and above our room. If you had noise cancelling headphones it would be fine. If you didn’t have to get young kids to bed and were planning on staying up late, it would be fine as well. This was a good place to stay, but it was too loud for our kids to fall asleep even with a sound machine. Might help to get a room on the second floor or to come during the week when it is less crowded. Staff was very friendly.
