The room was fine. Like any Springhill Suites. But I felt completely taken advantage of when they charged $20 for parking. If we were in the city or at the base of the mountain, I would expect to pay for parking, but this hotel is off the side of the highway in a rather remote area. I can’t imagine that there is any way to get to that hotel except to drive. And it was not transparent - that parking charge was buried pretty deep in the website. The breakfast was awful as well. My kids would not even eat it.

I’ve stayed at other locations of Springhill suites and other Marriott hotels. This one was the best by far. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, helpful and made the whole stay just perfect.

Nice new hotel
The hotel is new, decorated well and the staff are amazing! The location is a bit off on it's own, but we had a car so didn't mind being between Vail Village and Avon. The new state of the hotel, good complimentary breakfast and friendly/helpful staff made it worth it. We planned to stay 1 night and extended to 3. Zach at the front desk was the best!

The management and staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Rachel Lindsay the assistant general manager went out of her way to help us obtain our lost luggage at the airline and transportation need to various events.
