Cottage 12 - Year Round - Pet Friendly -1 King Bed / 1 Bath & Courtyard
Cottage 12 - Stand Alone, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath, w/ a King Bed & Loft. The loft w/ a twin is suitable for a child & is accessible by ladder only. The Cottage features 1 newly renovated Bathroom w/ electric fireplace, air-conditioning, & a walk in shower. There is a private courtyard complete w/ Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, & a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 2 Adults / 1 Child.
We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies).
We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.
We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.

Just me & My Dog
I love and have had a couple decades of Lake Winnepesaukee summers. With my boys now grown and raising their own families in other parts of the country, I drove up for a couple days, by myself, for a Lake Winni fix. The on site cottage was perfect in terms of location, privacy, cleanliness and the unspoken presence of security that was important to me a line traveler. I highly recommend this Inn for a special week on the lake, couples, small families.
Accommodations are beautifully updated and comfortable.
