Room was large and comfortable and handy for walks on the beach. TV didnt work and long life milk was a week out of use by date, nothing changed after making staff aware of the problem, reception area smelt strongly of cigs.

Not much. Wouldn’t stay again! Dirty ring around inside of spa bath. The I had a 3 year toddler and I was put on top floor of motel, 3 flights of stairs to deal with!! No spare roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Table was not wiped properly. It was $355 for 1 night, won’t stay here again or recommend either. Stale cigarette smoke in room also

We booked this property from an image shared on the website showing a beautiful pool area. Upon arrival we realised this was another property’s photo. Deeply disappointed with the overall aesthetic of the whole property. Great location, ok if really desperate

Old school property about to be knocked down. With a very large “new property coming soon” sign out the front I wondered how much care had been taken recently. Firstly the positives. The room was clean and tidy, the beds had top sheets and the complex is close to the beach and park. As mentioned earlier, the complex will soon be demolished and a new apartment building constructed, there has been little attention paid to maintenance of the building in recent years. I was particularly concerned about the rust in the steel hand rails of the walk up access. There was also a public roof top bbq area with an old mattress leaning against the wall! My last point of disappointment was that I seemed to have booked the only room that does face the beach, I had no idea that the room (2xQueen beds) I had booked was not included in the photos and that it faced west at the rear of the building. The room has a very small fridge (smaller than a bar fridge) and a kettle and microwave but no toaster. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Check in is 3pm, early check in has extra charges, never heard of that charges from different hotels or any sort of accomodation, check in 2 hours before is $30 and check in 1 hour before is $15, if the room is available why can’t they just let an early check in? Never again!
